Blood pressure is very common now a days due to job and work pressure. This you can keep under control by taking these simple daily available fruits.

4 Foods You Need to Keep BP Normal

1. Banana

Banana is one of the best fruit for BP patients. And, you can take it regularly if you are not diabetic. Daily 1 or 2 banana keep your BP normal.

2. Juice

Orange and Mosambi juice are good to maintain normal BP.

3. Coconut water

Take coconut water instead of Tea or Coffee. The minerals in coconut water keep your BP normal.

4. Honey

Take 1 teaspoonful of Honey in the morning and evening to control your BP.
