When you see last 10 years, the users of computers increasing day by day. This applies to computers, desktops, laptops and mobile phones. When you do not follow right precautions especially the computer users will have problems like eyes power will be reduced.

I myself using laptop for my work. I initially using small desk for keeping laptop. After few days, getting strain in my eye.

This is usually hamper your income also. Since your health is not good you need to take sick leave.

  4. Lighting: Use bright light at your desk
  5. Light position: Your light focus should not fall on computer screen
  6. Water: All software developers must drink 2-3 liters of water daily
