Ingredients you need..
The below are the list of items.
- 4 Slices of Sandwich bread
- 1/4 glass of Gram floor
- 1/4 glass of Rice floor
- 1/4 glass of Curd
- Little amount of Common Salt
- Little amount of Baking soda
- 1/4 cup of Oil
- 1/2 Spoon Jeera
How to prepare..
- First squeeze bread slices as powder.
- Mix with Curd, Gram floor, Rice floor using enough water.
- Add Common salt, Baking soda, Jeera and stir the mixture well.
- Now your Dosa Batter is ready.
- Use your Dosa Pan to prepare Dosas.
Combination you need..
Eat with Coconut chutney and Sambar
